nutrition facts internship
For the past two-and-a-half years, I have had the pleasure of working as a Nutrition Facts Intern at UC Davis. As an employee for Sodexo, I have become skilled at recipe analysis with the nutrition software programs Food Co. and Food Processor. Additionally, I meet with the baker for the resident dining commons to obtain and analyze the bakery recipes. My evaluation forms and pictures from my internship are viewable below.
