Food service management projects

Below are examples of my work in my Food Service Management classes. The Menu Projects entail creativity and innovation in order to meet the needs of clientele in skilled nursing facilities. I composed both soft and regular diet menus for the patients to pertain to their various needs. The Recycling Sustainability Project below incorporated team work as we created and presented this Powerpoint  to our Food Service Lab class. For the Equipment Capital Budget Project we gained decision-making experience and calculated life-time costs of  hypothetical new ovens for a kitchen.
